Subject: St. Francis Spiritual Pilgrimage to Assisi | NUN Spa admission offer

I’m sharing the St. Francis Spiritual Pilgrimage to Assisi, Italy, led by Rev. Annie Bachelder, April 21-May 4, 2027.

This small-group journey explores Assisi’s sacred places and the legacy of St. Francis and St. Clare, with local guides and time for prayer, spiritual reflection, soul alignment and Akashic Records exploration. Assisi is our home for 12 nights, giving the group time to experience the pilgrimage without rushing.

Travelers may reserve with 50% down, with the remainder due March 20, 2027, or choose four payments. Those who register earlier can participate in more of the live Zoom spiritual-preparation webinars before departure.

Current offer: Register and pay your deposit by November 30, 2026, and receive admission to NUN Spa, a $100 value. Admission only; treatments, meals and other add-ons are not included unless separately stated. Registration may continue into 2027 while space remains.

Are LGBTQ+ and gender-diverse travelers welcome and respected?

Thank you for asking. This pilgrimage is intended to be welcoming to LGBTQ+ and gender-diverse travelers. A participant's identity, name, pronouns and relationships will be respected, and no one is expected to hide or defend who they are. The trip is centered on spiritual pilgrimage and community, not on enforcing one expression of gender, sexuality or faith. I am happy to share this with your board and answer any practical questions a prospective traveler may have.

Does the trip directly benefit an LGBTQ+ organization or community program?

The trip is not structured as a fundraiser or direct-benefit program for an LGBTQ+ organization. Its benefit to LGBTQ+ participants is inclusive access to the pilgrimage itself and respectful participation in the group. I do not want to describe it as a community-benefit program when that is not its purpose.

Do participants need to be Catholic or Christian?

No. The pilgrimage is rooted in the lives and sacred places of St. Francis and St. Clare and includes Christian sites, while welcoming people who approach the journey through spiritual curiosity, contemplation and personal practice.

Is this a tour or a spiritual pilgrimage?

It is a spiritual pilgrimage rather than a checklist-style tour. Assisi is home for 12 nights, allowing time for sacred sites, local guidance, prayer, reflection, soul alignment and Akashic Records exploration without rushing from city to city.

Who is this pilgrimage for?

It is for adults drawn to Assisi, St. Francis and St. Clare, sacred travel, spiritual reflection and a slower small-group experience. A prospective traveler is welcome to contact Lisa to talk through whether the pace and focus are a good fit.

Can someone come alone?

Solo travelers are welcome to inquire. The pilgrimage experience is group-based, while rooming arrangements depend on current availability. Please contact Lisa before registering with any rooming questions.

How much walking or mobility is involved?

Assisi includes hills, inclines, stone streets and walking. Anyone with mobility or health concerns should contact Lisa before registering so the actual itinerary and current accommodations can be discussed honestly.

What are the dates and how long is the trip?

The travel dates are April 21-May 4, 2027, with 12 nights in Assisi. Please use 12 nights in all descriptions and outreach.

Can someone register after the NUN Spa bonus deadline?

Yes. Registration can continue into 2027 while space remains. November 30, 2026 is the deadline for the NUN Spa admission bonus, not the final possible registration date.

What payment options are available?

Travelers may reserve with 50% down, with the remainder due March 20, 2027, or choose four payments. Please use the registration page for the current payment schedule and terms.

Why register early?

Early registrants receive more of the spiritual preparation journey through live Zoom webinars before departure. The earlier someone joins, the more of that preparation they can attend.

What exactly is the NUN Spa offer?

Travelers who register and pay their deposit by November 30, 2026 receive NUN Spa admission, a $100 value. The offer is for admission; treatments, meals and other add-ons are not included unless separately stated.

What is included in the trip?

The current presentation and registration page contain the authoritative list of inclusions. I am happy to point you to the exact section or answer a specific question rather than risk summarizing an old version.

Are you requesting sponsorship, paid promotion or an affiliate arrangement?

No. No sponsorship, advertising purchase, affiliate tracking, commission or booking fee is requested. We are asking only whether the pilgrimage would be appropriate to share editorially or with your community.

Is Annie offering to speak to our group?

No. We are not offering a speaking appearance, workshop or presentation to the organization. This is simply an invitation to consider sharing the pilgrimage information with people for whom it may be relevant.

Is this a free video or no-cost community resource?

No. The focus is registration for the St. Francis Spiritual Pilgrimage to Assisi, not a free video or a no-cost community resource. The invitation is to learn about the journey and decide whether it is a fit.

Do the PDFs need to be requested separately?

No. The one-page flyer and full PDF presentation are already attached or available in the Assisi Share Kit. You do not need to say that we will forward them later, and either attachment can be removed when it is not useful.
