Transitioning from 3D to 5D

Greetings and welcome from Anubis. Our mission here is to help you transition from the world of the three dimensions to the world of the fifth dimension. There is a lot of skipping over that pesky little fourth dimension and that is what constitutes the transition between 3D and 5D. The fourth dimension is the bridge to the fifth dimension. And you literally go from the third dimension that you know as your practical everyday life of television and advertising, eating and mowing the lawn, taking out the garbage, whatever it is you’re doing in your everyday life, to the higher dimensions.

You use the bridge of the fourth dimension to get to the fifth dimension which is more and more of a spiritual, Soul level environment. The fifth dimension is more expanded, more Soul driven, and more energy driven. So, as you use your practical 3D experience in your everyday world and start to educate yourself about energy, how the energy feels, how you sense energy, and perceive what the message is that you are receiving in the experiential module that is your body? Your body is the receiver of the spiritual you that you are as an ordinary human being. How do you use that wisdom, that spiritual knowledge, that Soul knowing that you are a spiritual being and the drama that is played out in the 3D is simply drama? You sense energetically that the drama is simply finite 3D reality. Or is it something that you coordinated as a Soul for yourself as a human in order to grow, to develop, to “expand to include” beyond the limitation of 3D?

You will be using our expression “expand to Include” a lot in this transition from 3D through 4D into 5D.

When you use the expression “expand to include”, it includes the third dimension, which is very much the land of opposites. It’s the land of the physical or non-physical. Black or white. And it’s either pain or love, fear or love, material or spiritual, energy or the material world, love or hate. Us or them. It’s all conflict. It’s all about conflict, which you may also have the wisdom to understand as contrast, as Esther Hicks has so kindly put it for us. You are using the contrast and conflict to take you higher rather than getting stuck bouncing between these limiting, opposite poles of yes, no, right, wrong, black, white, us or them, of fear. Rise up above them and you are starting to work, starting to perceive, in the fourth dimension. 4D is more energetic, more reaching for expanded consciousness, reaching for the other options that you’re not seeing right now? Spreading out, lifting up, growing bigger than the limitations of either/or.

Now as you rise up, and you “expand to include”, you are not resisting anything. You are accepting that those two opposing points of view exist, but you are opening up to your greater wisdom and your greater options. And as you do so, your consciousness rises up and you are in 4D, which is moving you into 5D. 4D is a beautiful arched bridge over a body of water, like you see in a Japanese Tea Garden, that takes you into 5D, 6D, 7D, 8D, 9D or 10D, and so on.

4D is like a sling shot. It propels you into higher dimensions. 4D peels away the dross that weighs you down and limits your consciousness. 

4D utilizes your willingness and Soul purpose. A Soul is energy that is greater than these opposites in 3D that are being presented to you all the time. And so, you find yourself not taking sides, or choosing one or the other, or choosing us against them. You find yourself wondering, “Who is them? My brother, my sister, my mother, my father, my neighbor? Who is them? None can be left out because we are all included in the Divine’s beautiful plan.”

Even we spiritual guides, coming from a spiritual perspective as agents of the Divine, are expanding your energy and causing you to look beyond the obvious. To look beyond what’s being marketed to you as fear, hate, withdraw, defend. We are making the consciousness available that allows you to rise up, “expanding to include”, or as a client put it to Annie, “ascend to include”. This is the Divine Portal that we will be discussing in further detail in the future.

As you do, your Soul’s energy infuses your physical experience with its wisdom and its profoundness in truth, as an expression of truth, as an expression of the Divine. Your Soul was created by the Divine as it is, to fuel your personal and spiritual evolution. And so, you are rising. You are rising, and you are using this expansive energy to lift up beyond the opposites, beyond the opposing 3D viewpoints.

You gain a greater perspective, such as, “What are the possibilities that exist that are good for all life forms?”

You ask yourself in 5D, Am I withholding love? Am I withholding connection from a desire to protect myself, my loved ones, my pile of money, my home, my things? Or, in truth, if you step over the 4D bridge, beyond the fear of shortage, is there an endless supply of those things that you are protecting? An inexhaustible supply of love, relationship, money, food? All the things that are necessary for living on this earth? Are there even more, as you rise up and walk over that fourth dimension bridge into the fifth dimension where everything is energy in infinite supply? And beyond that, there is a continuous refinement of energy.

 The fifth dimension is Soul level energy, a greater perspective and a deeper, higher, finer, more inclusive connection with the Divine. An unbreakable connection with the Divine that is always expanding to include everything.

The Divine is working through you all, in order to perfect Her plan on earth of love and unity with all life. The birds, the bees, the bugs, the animals, the insects, the trees, and all of your neighbors. Even those who make you cringe!

And when you are absolutely, permanently, and undividedly connected to your Soul and the Divine, there is no shortage of any of those things you had been protecting, hoarding, and guarding. In 5D, and even in this very moment, you are being cared for. You are being provided for. You are being loved. You are being guided. You are being held in the knowingness that your Soul knows who you really are. And certainly, the Divine knows who you are because She created you, as a Soul, to be the way you are.
