Private Ministerial Association and Pilgrimage Terms

Effective September 22, 2026

AnnieChannels.com may present private spiritual programs through the Saint Francis of Assisi Spiritual Pilgrimage Private Ministerial Association (“PMA”). The PMA is a voluntary private membership community led by Reverend Annie Bachelder for spiritual fellowship, education, prayer, contemplation, soul awareness, retreats, and sacred pilgrimage activities.

PMA information collected

When you request information or register for a PMA program, we may collect contact information, room and payment selections, referral information, agreement acceptance, follow-up notes, source/UTM information, and limited site-activity events such as page views, calculator use, or registration-button clicks. For electronic signatures, the audit record may also include your typed legal name, drawn or adopted signature, the signed agreement snapshot and version, time of acceptance, signature method, a tamper-evident document hash, browser record, and a one-way hash of the network address. We do not collect passport, payment-card, medical, or detailed health information through the Assisi interest and registration forms.

How PMA information is used

Information is used to respond to inquiries; administer membership, registration, payment, referrals, lodging, preparation, and group communications; support safety and accessibility discussions; maintain agreement and financial records; evaluate campaign effectiveness; and meet legal obligations. We do not sell PMA member or registrant data.

Electronic records and signatures

When a registrant consents to electronic records and signs a combined PMA membership and pilgrimage agreement, AnnieChannels and the PMA retain an audit record and provide a private link to a printable signed copy. Electronic signature records are used only to administer, document, or enforce the agreement and related legal obligations.

Service providers and international travel

Necessary information may be shared with authorized organizers and lodging, transportation, guide, payment, insurance, technology, or other service providers when reasonably required to administer a program. Travel programs may require information to be processed by providers in Italy or other countries with different privacy rules.

Stripe and payment data

Payment-card information is collected and processed by Stripe rather than stored by AnnieChannels.com. AnnieChannels and the PMA retain payment status, amounts, transaction references, refunds or credits, and related accounting records.

PMA membership and program agreements

Joining a PMA or registering for a pilgrimage may require a separate combined membership and participation agreement. Program-specific terms—including nonrefundability, required travel insurance, health and mobility responsibilities, independent suppliers, itinerary changes, conduct, and spiritual disclaimers—control when they are more specific than these general Site terms.

Retention and requests

Inquiry data is retained while follow-up remains relevant. Membership, agreement, electronic-signature, referral, and transaction records may be retained as reasonably necessary for administration, accounting, disputes, and legal obligations. To request access, correction, or deletion where applicable, contact AnnieChannels@gmail.com. Some records cannot be deleted when retention is legally or operationally required.
