TRAVEL ESSENTIALS

Plan your arrival before you build your trip.

Airfare and required travel insurance are arranged separately. The details below tell you exactly what timing you need to join the included group transportation.

International flightsBook separately, using the group timing below

To fly with Reverend Annie: book the United nonstop from San Francisco to Rome Fiumicino. Depart SFO Wednesday, April 21, 2027 at 4:40 PM and arrive FCO Thursday, April 22 at 1:40 PM.

The included group transfer leaves Rome Fiumicino at about 2:30 PM on April 22. A local guide will meet the group in the arrivals area holding a sign that says “Assisi Spiritual Pilgrimage.”

i Using another airline, travel agent, points, or a different itinerary?

That is completely fine. You may arrive in Italy earlier, fly from another city, use your preferred airline, or build personal travel around the pilgrimage.

To use the included group bus, plan a flight that is scheduled to arrive at Rome Fiumicino Airport (FCO) no later than 1:40 PM on April 22. Earlier is safer because you still need time for passport control and baggage. Be at the group meeting point before the 2:30 PM bus departure.

If you arrive after the group bus leaves, you will need to arrange and pay for your own transportation to Assisi.

For the return, the group transfer is planned to reach FCO at about 12:30 PM on May 4. Annie’s United flight leaves Rome at 3:40 PM and arrives SFO at 7:25 PM.

Required travel insuranceYou choose the insurer and purchase the policy separately

Travel insurance is required because the pilgrimage payments are nonrefundable and international travel can be disrupted by illness, delay, cancellation or other covered events. AnnieChannels does not sell the policy.

i What should I look for?

You may use your own travel advisor or insurance company. Compare cancellation and interruption coverage, emergency medical care, medical evacuation, travel delay, baggage coverage, exclusions, limits and any time-sensitive purchase requirements.

Keep your policy number and emergency-assistance contact information with your travel records.

Saint Francis of Assisi Spiritual Pilgrimage Private Ministerial Association

Combined membership and April 21-May 4, 2027 pilgrimage participation agreement
Agreement version 2026-09-28b

1. Voluntary private membership

I voluntarily choose to join the Saint Francis of Assisi Spiritual Pilgrimage Private Ministerial Association (“PMA”), a private spiritual membership community dedicated to spiritual fellowship, ministerial education, personal growth, prayer, contemplation, consciousness, soul awareness, retreats, sacred pilgrimages, and related activities. Reverend Annie Bachelder is the founding minister and spiritual leader. One dollar of my first pilgrimage payment is designated as my PMA membership contribution.

2. Membership conduct and confidentiality

I agree to treat members with respect; honor the spiritual nature of PMA activities; participate voluntarily and responsibly; maintain responsibility for my beliefs, choices, and experiences; and respect the privacy of personal spiritual experiences, group discussions, member communications, and information shared within the community.

3. Pilgrimage program

The pilgrimage begins with U.S. departure on April 21, 2027, arrives in Rome on April 22, and departs Rome on May 4, 2027. The group is based for 12 nights at Casa Papa Giovanni in Assisi, Italy. It may include spiritual instruction, prayer, meditation, Akashic Records practices, historical and cultural guiding, group transportation, meals, admissions, and visits in Assisi, Umbria, and nearby regions. Descriptions are plans, not guarantees of a fixed sequence or every named activity.

4. Price, reservation deposit, and payment choice

The registration calculator displays the current pilgrimage fee, room choice, payment path, and any selected optional experiences. A reservation deposit is due by November 30, 2026 to reserve my spot unless I pay the selected pilgrimage total in full. If I pay in full, the displayed $100 pay-in-full savings applies. If I choose the balance option, I will pay the remaining balance on or before March 20, 2027. If I choose the four-payment option, I authorize the payment processor to charge the remaining balance in four scheduled installments on December 20, January 20, February 20, and March 20; a final installment may differ by a few cents to reconcile the exact balance. Each adult registers and pays separately. Private-room requests remain subject to availability. Optional experiences and meals selected during registration become part of my selected pilgrimage total and payment obligation.

5. Verified referral credit

A $100 credit is issued to the referrer only after the referred adult separately registers and pays. The credit is applied against an unpaid balance or handled as a refund/credit by the PMA when the referrer has already paid in full. Spouses and named travel companions cannot refer one another for this credit; a couple must bring a third adult. The PMA verifies eligibility and prevents duplicate credits.

6. Nonrefundable payments

All pilgrimage payments are nonrefundable. Payments commit funds to lodging, transportation, guides, admissions, administration, and other advance obligations. A traveler who cannot attend is not entitled to a refund, transfer, chargeback, or replacement traveler unless the PMA expressly approves a written exception.

7. Required travel insurance

I must obtain and maintain travel insurance appropriate to my circumstances, including cancellation, interruption, emergency medical care, medical evacuation, delay, and baggage coverage as available. I am responsible for reading exclusions and coverage limits. Failure to obtain coverage does not create a refund right or transfer risk to the PMA, Annie, guides, or suppliers.

8. Airfare, insurance, and personal costs

International airfare and required travel insurance are not included and are purchased separately. Optional meals, excursions, local transportation and experiences selected during registration are added to the selected pilgrimage total. I remain responsible for passport validity, airline requirements, baggage, independent transportation, personal purchases, unlisted meals, insurance, medical costs, and any pre- or post-trip arrangements.

9. Health, mobility, and personal responsibility

I understand that Assisi and Umbrian hill towns can involve cobblestones, hills, stairs, uneven ground, walking, standing, vehicles, crowds, and changing weather. I am responsible for determining whether I can safely participate, consulting qualified professionals when appropriate, disclosing accommodation requests early, bringing necessary medications and aids, and making personal decisions about participation. The PMA cannot guarantee that every accommodation is available in historic sites, lodging, or transportation.

10. Spiritual and wellness disclaimer

Teachings, readings, prayer, meditation, channeling, energy work, Akashic Records practices, and related activities are offered for spiritual education and personal exploration. They are not medical, psychological, legal, or financial services and do not promise diagnosis, cure, healing, revelation, transformation, or any specific result. I retain responsibility for my interpretations and choices.

11. Independent providers

The pilgrimage uses independent lodging, transportation, guide, attraction, restaurant, travel, and other providers. The PMA and its leaders do not control every action, omission, closure, schedule, condition, or service of independent providers.

12. Changes, delays, and force majeure

Itineraries, activities, guides, transportation, meals, lodging details, and timing may change because of weather, closures, strikes, public-health events, supplier decisions, safety, government action, group needs, force majeure, or other conditions. The PMA may make reasonable substitutions. Additional personal costs caused by disruption remain the traveler’s responsibility unless expressly included by a provider.

13. Behavior and removal

I will follow reasonable safety, lodging, transportation, guide, site, and group instructions. The PMA may remove a participant whose conduct is unsafe, unlawful, materially disruptive, abusive, or inconsistent with member confidentiality and respect. Removal does not create a refund right, and resulting transportation or lodging costs are the participant’s responsibility.

14. Privacy, communications, and records

The PMA may use my registration, contact, agreement, payment, referral, room, and preparation information to administer membership and the pilgrimage. Authorized organizers and service providers receive only information reasonably needed for their roles. The PMA retains transaction and agreement records as reasonably necessary.

15. Media choice

Group photos or recordings may occur, but promotional use should be based on separate, specific consent. Declining promotional media consent does not disqualify a member from the pilgrimage.

16. Governing terms and changes

This agreement, the registration record, and written trip communications form the participation terms. California law governs to the extent applicable. If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue. Material changes will be communicated in writing.

17. Electronic acceptance

By checking every required box, typing my legal name, and drawing or adopting my signature, I confirm that I have read, understood, and voluntarily accepted the PMA membership and pilgrimage participation terms. I consent to electronic records and signatures and intend this act to have the same effect as signing a paper agreement. The PMA may retain the signed agreement snapshot, agreement version, timestamp, signature method, tamper-evident document hash, browser record, and a one-way hash of the network address as the audit record.
