JUNE: THROWING OFF THE YOKE

June is much more merry! It feels like that wonderful feeling of “school’s out!” for the summer.

My guides say we are going to feel like we are “throwing off the yoke of compliance, throwing off the yoke of burden, stepping out of the everyday grind, like oxen yoked up for work, as if there is not as much seriousness, not as much nose to the grindstone, really just like throwing off some of this laboriousness and have some fun.

This would be a good time to go camping, good time to get out and be in nature, to do what is fun… because you’ll need that rejuvenation of May to be expressed in June as personal fulfillment, a sense of reward.”

If you have been practicing your connection with the Divine all year, June will feel childlike and playful. As the guides say, “There’s more Joy in June.”

Perspective from the Council: The Surfer is the master of “Emotions” (the Cups suite). Notice how the Surfer doesn’t argue with the wave. Anubis says that June is your time to stop trying so hard to control the “ocean” of your life.

The Great Creatress provides the wave; your job is to “glide and carve.” When you stop taking the world’s chaos “personally,” you find the “Joy in June” that the Multitudes promised.
